Refund Policy

• User or Student may ask for a refund within (7) days of the payment that is paid into the account except if the amount to refund relates to fees or charges payable to Royo lancer.
• If Royo lancer agrees to the refund, the funds will be received by a User or Student via the same payment method(s) that they used to make the original payment to Royo lancer.
• Royo lancer may refund funds to a User or Student irrespective of whether a User or Student has requested funds be refunded if: (i) Royo lancer is required by law or consider that Royo lancer is required by law to do so; (ii) Royo lancer determine that refunding funds to a User or Student will avoid any dispute or an increase the costs; (iii) Royo lancer refund funds to a User or Student in accordance with any refund policy specified by Royo lancer from time to time; (iv) Royo lancer find out that the original payment made by User or Student is fraudulent; (v) User or Student has made a duplicate payment in error; or (vi) Royo lancer consider, in its sole opinion, that it is likely that the refund of funds is necessary to avoid a credit card chargeback.
• User and Student can request a refund by emailing us at info@DlTechnos.com once a User or Student has made a Payment a User and Student expressly agree to use the dispute resolution process and expressly agree to be bound by its ruling and expressly agree not to initiate any chargeback request with card issuer.
• If User or Student initiate any chargeback request or other "Request for Information" or similar process, a User and Student expressly agree and consent to Royo lancer to share any and all information in relation to your agreement of these terms and conditions, in order to defeat any such chargeback request.
• If User or Student has already initiated a chargeback request with credit card issuer, the User or the Student must not request a refund of funds by contacting Royo lancer and must not seek double recovery.
• If Royo lancer reasonably determine, having considered all the relevant circumstances, that User or Student has made an excessive or unreasonable number of requests to refund funds back or chargebacks, Royo lancer may suspend, limit or close the Account.
